Re: what is the point... True, their press release didn't mention the caps. We're all making an assumption based on their current caps users are reporting on their other uber-services. However, these kinds of press releases are normally fuzzy and warm and won't mention the terms & disclaimers.
As for the fully-loaded TV packages I thought I'd do some quick shopping around the country to see if I live in some kind of unique area. Wasn't that hard to find. These are some sample of non-promotional rates for the premium levels of services...
