Down but not cause investor are scared

That stock has been shorted down from the 37's to the low 33's. Then the shorters bought back to cover.

It ha nothing to do with fios, its just smart experienced traders and hedge funds doing what they do best.

if you look at the chart its on its way back to its high's.
