P.S.> read the statistics about internet penetration(US 69.3%) and then tell me how the US is trailing the world. Guess what - we aren't. We are leading the world no matter how often BBR news items complain about how the US is trailing the world.

it says "69.3%" of the population of the US is on the internet(not the entire NA region) now the question is, how many of them are getting a connection over 56k ? 128k ? 1024k ? probably a lower percentage then you think(not to mention that is based on a population of under 300m people).
