I didnt realize Cox actually gave decent upstream speeds. I am not usually one to complain about speeds, as I know I am lucky to have broadband out in my area, but TW's rumored speed upgrade of 10 mbit down....384 up made me cringe. I kow they never asked me if what they offered was sufficient.
