Re: A serious question I agree too ... in fact I think this is another "urban legend" hoax.
Even IF the tech somehow managed to connect to a 120 VAC (to ground) source -- which I consider very doubtful -- how did all that power (i.e. amperage x voltage) "jump" thru the cable modem electronics and the 24 AWG ethernet cable with still enough "ummph" to blow-out the laptop AND what appears to be USB connections? |
