There is probably a reason why they simply don't just raise the upload. The moment the upload is raised and people are being told they are getting "up to 1.5" meg in speeds, all people here is 1.5 and fall deaf to the UP TO part of that statement. Think maybe the network isn't quite ready to take that load just yet? You think they are ready to start taking those calls and running out multiple times on those calls of "I'm not getting all the speed I'm supposed to on the upload".. ?
If it's just a 'con job', then why are you getting the faster speeds? Would you rather not have them at all? Again, maybe the people on higher speeds are not getting double that speed is, again, maybe the network can't handle it or isn't ready for it. -- "Wipe out the national deficit over night...
