anon : If 9108 has LAN IP address of 192.168.1.1 then use for 9106 LAN IP address: 192.168.1.100 (in same subnet with 192.168.1.1), Gateway should be 192.168.1.1, disable DHCP server on 9106. Use same wireless encryption for both, same Network name (SSID), same wireless channel.
Enable wireless bridge restriction for both and enter the wireless MAC address of the other device in the table.
Now from a PC connected to 9108 you should ping 192.168.1.100 and if works then your network is ready.
