Use same wireless encryption for both, same Network name (SSID), same wireless channel.
Enable wireless bridge restriction for both and enter the wireless MAC address of the other device in the table.

The 9106 is not being used.

Can anyone explain (in detail) how to WIRELESS link the 9108 with the 9106 so that I may extend the range.

In otherwords access EITHER of the routers from anywhere in my home.
