The Beer I Love It When A Plan Comes Together Premium join:2001-07-24 Atlantic, IA	As we slam them for not putting in fiber It was the fiber that broke! Personally I have had 2 "Outages" (After install) in the past 8 years I have had US West/Qwest DSL. One was a few months ago, kinda angered me because their automated system would take my phone number and tell me they knew it was broke and would be fixed by 5pm. When I called back at 5:30 it told me it would be fixed by 5, when I escalated it they told me there was no record of me having any problems! Other one was on "Black Friday" 2002 and I was NOT a happy camper, makes you wonder about their upgrade schedule.
