Re: A rose Qwest is rated as the lowest performing RBOC's in the country, with very little investment dollars into new plant. Speaking with various Qwest technicians, they even admit the fact that the company has not been infusing more funds into upgrades. Not to worry though. Qwest is on the way out. Good possibility of AT&T(at&t) gobbling them up. This would make more sense for at&t to do this since Qwest separates at&t California with at&t in the Midwest. Plus, at&t actually invests money into their networks.  |
