What's weird is that one sometimes *forgets* about wi-fi when it could be handy. A couple of nights ago I was in that little oceanside town in Oregon, trying to decide on a motel. It's only after I finally chose one that I remembered that I could have just stopped in front of any of them and used their free wi-fi to check them all out on tripadvisor.com
Next time...
But a pox on the more expensive hotels that charge for Wi-Fi.
