Qwest does that here, too.. its ridiculous BS, you can get their "special standalone dsl rate" for a year, but you have to be with MSN (YUCK!) and if you want a different backbone provider, you have to pay even more.. pretty stupid if you ask me.. -- ...I don't have a 8mb speedy connection, I fly through the net at low altitudes!
