The way he talks reminds me of how some people did some of their reports in highschool... You know they didn't read the assignment and they were totally clueless as to the subject but they had to speak for 5 minutes anyway so they just BS their way through it and hope that the people buy it while all the time they are thinking, shesh... what a dumbass.  |

Sounds as if his vocal tubes are clogged up, actually he started giving this oration on a Monday. However, his speech did not partially unclog from his mouth til Friday, as witnessed by this video.

Thats exactly what I was thinking. He read the bullet points, provided to him by the telcos, and tried to find a way to get them all in, without the hint of a clue what they meant.

Ya, and it needs help. More tubes to be exact like one of those, uhh, bypasses. We just need to, uhh, replace the old tubes with some new tubes and add more tubes like the, uhh, bank does for those outside teller thingies. More tubes, more service.
