<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1018019"><b>pog</b></A> : I upload at 2/3 of my 768kbit upload max.  That's enough to get me close to max capacity (3mbit) down on popular torrents.  Even with less popular files, I rarely get less than what I give.<br><br>I'm not sure if it made much difference but, under transfer options in Azureus, I upped the "Max number of connections per torrent default" setting significantly.  I rarely dl more than one or two files at a time... so I wanted to use as much resources on those files as possible. The global default is 300.  IIRC, I set the per torrent to 250 and the global to 500.
