Depending on what has been locked, you may have to contact your VoSP to ask them to turn ON/OFF the features you want.

I just received my Vonage PAP2, I am trying to setup syslog, after filling in Log Level and IP Address, I click Add... Im asked for a userid and password... Nothing works... Ideas?
