Dead USR8000. Can it be fixed?

Hi,
I've used a USR8000 for the past 4 years as a primary router with a WRT54G acting as an AP. The USR recently died (doesn't power on anymore), and the limitations of my other router, the WRT54G, are really making me lose what little hair I've left. My question is, can my router be fixed? I live in Singapore, and USR doesn't exist here anymore. Does USR still exist as an entity in the US? If it does, any chance that they will accept my USR8000, fix it and send it back to me? I've yet to see any consumer router available on the market which even comes close to the stability the USR8000 provided me and my network for these past 4 years.
Thanks!
