I've got a Antec Sonata II (with the standard 120m fan in the back) it's set to med and it's still loud (if I try Hi it's really loud) Oh and I've taken the stupid air duct out I've still got the stock powersupply and got a coolermaster 48 heatsink for my AMD X2 3800+ (not overclocked. Is there a way to make it wishper quiet and also keep it as cool as it can be ?

I attached variable voltage gadget to the fan and just turned it lower, changed the power supply to a quieter one, bought a different cpu cooler, and stuck those noise absorbing foam sheets you can buy to the inside of the case.
