No doubt this is a Vista IE bug or Vista IE related issue.

IE6SP2 on XP Pro:

HairyDairyMaid_WRT54G_Debrick_Utility_v41.zip

IE6SP2 with Proxomitron enabled: Corrupted

IE6SP2 with Proxomitron (User-Agent spoofed as Mozilla/4.61 [ja] (X11; I; Linux 2.2.13-33cmc1 i686) : OKAY!!

IE6SP2 without any proxy enabled in IE6: Corrupted

Download with Flashget: OKAY!!

In all corrupted cases, the server is not sending a Content-Length header and this seems to be based on the User-Agent the client is sending. If you want it fixed, contact the web site.
