I got the same result. The Zip file was corrupted.
As a test, I FTP'd a ZIP file to my own server but I uploaded the file in ASCII format (which is incorrect). When I downloaded the same file back to my PC using IE7, the file was corrupt (as expected). Then, I transferred the file using BINARY mode and redownloaded. The zip file opened up perfectly.
I suspect they inadvertently uploaded the file in ASCII format instead of BINARY. -- I'll take "Things Only I Would Know" for $10,000. |
