Wait and see

how long does it take for Tivo to port over their software or even go as far as bringing out a better box. I'm just hoping the same thing I Had to deal with when I had Directv and a Directivo where we were cut off from all the features normal Tivo subs got to.

It'll be great when it does happen though I dislike Comcast's current set of DVRS, I have problems all the time when rewinding where it's slow but when I fast forward it doesn't stop!

When I had Tivo everything just worked great.

I've had problems with my Comcast DVR as well. Sometimes, a show doesn't record (it shows up as being there and being the correct length, but cuts out about 5 min in).

I also get some sound issues with my Comcast DVR. Frequently, I'll be watching a recorded show and the sound will cut out.

And don't get me started on pixelization on high def programs..
