When I had Comcast prior to living in Mount Airy, I never had a problem with the HD and/or DVR service at all. I have the same box with Adelphia and the only problem I currently have is the On-Demand doesn't work correctly. As for the interface, I don't see it being very hard to use... I just press the "Record" button on the programs I want to record and they record. -- Only SHATNER is Kirk.
