In the short time I was with Sprint, I was not impressed. Although I don't like any cell phone company, Sprint/Nextel is by far one of the worst (at least in my area). |

| I think that's almost true anywhere in the country. My friend who lives in New York, just outside of Manhattan, used to have Nextel. His service coverage was so bad that I would have to call him back two or three times while he was driving due to dropped calls. He got so sick of it that he dumped them for Verizon and has since noticed a huge improvement in his reliability and coverage. |

Sprint was the worst cell provider I've ever had the displeasure to try. I ended up suing them over dishonest trial period promises (that I would not be charged for the month, only the setup fee).
When they took over Nextel, I had a bad feeling. Now it looks like Sprint managed to screw up that company too. Good thing I got out of Nextel and into prepaid last year. Saved $1200 in cell bills in a year so far.
Sprint will be getting what they sowed. |
