Classic Clinton line from the 90s. Look at Madam Speaker with her acceptance speech last week; final words: "For all of America's children, the House will be in order."
Always politicians use it as if the other side somehow is against the children. Just like you can't say anything against the teachers' union because it's an attack on education or you can't say anything against further lowering blood alcohol limits because you're for drunk driving.
