should I give up on cia.com?

I agree with prior comments about cia.com. very poor and inconsistent speeds. will not support streaming video very well. service seems vary a lot at different times of day.
too many users? Zero tech support, phone always busy..
guess I am getting what I paid for. It sounded so attractive because it was half of what I was paying with Primus and Rogers HI Speed.

At this point, it would be a pain to reconnect with Rogers hi speed internet and Primus. As well it would be expensive. I am now using cia.com for just 6 weeks or so so not sure if I should hang in there..

What is relationship tween 3 web and Rogers? Are they leasing part of a Rogers pipe. Are they are US company starting in Canada?

Is it likely they will improve?

Some techie skills here but not enough to really understand all this tcp stuff. Have tweaked and tweaked my 2 computers on wireless and compare them to my direct connected other computer. Small differences but not a lot.

Any advice?
It would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Larry

Yes. They use Shaw in BC

>>Are they are US company starting in Canada?

Nope. Canadian all the way so far. Advertised "Free Internet for Life" when they first started, then switched to a paid service.

>>Is it likely they will improve?

Nope. But if you are sqeaky, you might get some grease.

You get what you pay for.
