You haven't been to many schools, have you? Many have cover-all software, but the computers are individually so ill-maintained and setup, it renders the protection moot. Many districts treat computers akin to toasters - just fill the order and forget it.
For example, using a condom properly helps prevent STDs. Simply having one, however, won't help much if they tear it open with their teeth and ruin it. |
