You have to wonder where are the prosecutors heads in cases like these. This woman's life and career is ruined because of some stupid prosecutor and judge. I personally feel that the school district is allowing this to happen, as it takes the focus away. The real problem though is the district's IT department and setting up internet access to the kids in such an irresponsible manner.
The parents should be taking this up with the school - most likely the teacher had no part in this. |
