Skip TV......let other worry about that

I use to argue that the Bells have to offer TV to stay in business. Which in all actually, is not going to be a real gold mine for them. So why not skip it....

Let others sell the TV....focus on what they do best and sell bandwidth. Install a FTTH network and price it per gig. Long term wise with generations of users growing up, this is really the best model. Especially if Net Neutrality holds.

Just think of all the headaches and liability you could avoid. Just think of all the lobbying money you could save.

Just a thought.

Sure, and let Comcast grow even further??

Someone needs to keep them in check.

if qwest offered a substantially better broadband internet service, comcast's service would be dead on the line, and they'd just be a soap opera provider again.

which would suit me fine.
