I can't make calls and receive calls after I changed my phone number. I called AT&T a lot of times to have my problem fixed and technician finally came to my apartment 4 days later. However, he called my cell phone and said he couldn't get in my gated apartment. I told him to use the intercom to talk to my apartment manager, but my apartment manager wasn't there so my phone didn't get fix.
That's fine. Then I called again and unlike last time it was an appointment. When I made that appointment, I've already said that I won't be at home and my mom will be there instead. On that day, the technician called me while I was having an quiz so I turned the cell off. I thought he would fix my phone problem cuz I've ALREADY told the representatiive that my mom will be there. After the quiz I asked my mom if the guy had visit her and she said no. Later I called AT&t and I was charged &132 for not cancelling the appointment. WTF! The representative just said sorry again and again.
How can I make AT&T cancel that charge???? |
