If they start putting people in jail for looking at porn they're going to need to build bigger jails. Hell, they'd practically need to wall of New York and turn it into a penal colony like in that John Carpenter movie. I find it difficult to believe that they'll be able to convict because it would be nearly impossible to find twelve people who've never look at porn.
