From the December 06 edition of F1 Racing, Michael Schumacher's salary...not total income...salary at Ferrari for 2006 was $65 mil.

Since 1996 his salary has given him a cumulative $495m in earnings. Before endorsements and other deals, which are estimated to be almost near his salary total.
