I've ordered about 400 DVD cases from them along with printer paper and ink cartridges. I never had a problem with shipping, actually had a good experience with them on the speediness of their shipping.
However, if you need ink cartridges go elsewhere. I ordered a three pack from them adn only one worked for about a week. The other two cartridges were either dried up or clogged. Tried to contact them through e-mail to RMA the cartridges or get my money back and never received an answer. It took going through the BBB to get an answer, but I still have the ink cartridges that never worked.
I suppose you take a chance with these people... |
