[Praise] Dell Techs helped restore my computer!

My computer crashed Fri. night. The registry failed unrecoverably.
I'm not a total newbie with computers but everything I tried would not work.
Called Dell at 11:30pm Fri. night and was on the phone till 3:30am. Was talking to several advanced techs. We finally were able to reinstall the operating system and install all the drivers. They stayed with me the whole time to make sure everything worked.
The only thing we could not do was reinstall the Canon printer.
Sat., I called Canon. After an hr. with them, they could not get it to work. It would not reinstall the drivers.
Called Dell back. A young lady helped me. She searched the Canon sights and others looking for updates, patches etc. looking for a fix.
After an hour and a half, after changing some registry settings and files, she got it to work.
All these techs were from Manilla. Spoke good English and were very knowledgeable.
I have had some problems in the past with their techs and did rant about it.
But these 3 techs I talked to were fantastic.
They knew their jobs, they knew computers.
I thank them all for their patience with me and their help.
Kudos to them all!
