okay. i called up cablevision. they told me to pull the plug out for a minute and then plug it back in. after the 5 minutes boot up process, the channel now works. how often does this happen? does anyone else experience this with any other channels. could the receiver be defective? in all other respects, the receiver seems fine. hd channels are great.
