| I tried that back last July and they arrogantly thumbed their noses at the idea of extending their new customer offer. Quite literally the response was "When would you like your service disconnected?" No way was I going to pay $55.95/mo + $2/mo modem rental (I don't have their TV service so there was no discount).
So I went back to Embarq and have absolutely no regrets. Better service, price, and they actually seemed to want my business. |
