gmsron @primus.ca	I bought this used. I'm in Toronto Ontario. I reset the modem to default settings to see if that would help. So no it's not preconfigured, the vpi/vci settings are 0/35.

Have you tried attaching Internet -> Modem -> PC (Bypassing Router) then creating a PPPOE connection with the default Windows Dial-up utility to see if it's an issue there?
