I fully expect to pay (a lot) for this, so suggestions of "freeware" or "cheapware" are not really necessary.

Price is no object (well, a $1B is a bit much)...so suggest away. A clue about the approximate cost would be helpful (so I don't have to waste a bunch of time talking to sales drones (no disrespect intended, lurking SalesDrones!).
