The disconnecting problem is only when I'm playing games online or downloading things with bit torrent. I purchased the modem off a member from redflagdeals.com, so I can't really return it. If I can't fix this, I guess I'm just going to get a speedstream 5360 off ebay.
when connecting your 0060 do all 5 lights come on and lights 2 and 3 (from right to left) flash (running from memory, I think it's 5, might be 4)
