Quite literally the response was "When would you like your service disconnected?"  No way was I going to pay $55.95/mo + $2/mo modem rental (I don't have their TV service so there was no discount).  <br><br>So I went back to Embarq and have absolutely no regrets.  Better service, price, and they actually seemed to want my business.]]></description>
