Where are some IRC chans or DC++ Hubs for bemidji?
I'm up in hick town Bemidji-U, and they actually have unblocked, router free fibre backbone internet! Now I need somewhere to get my stuff. Bit torrent goes real fast, but I sometimes upload at 2.2MB/s (yes, 2200kB/s) That is way too fast! I accidentally uploaded 22GB in 1hr.. I'll get in trouble if I do that often..
Are there any IRC channels that only allow .edu? (I was once in one a few yrs ago), or maybe a DC++ hub for people from Minnesota?
