He stated that he was referred to "at&t Yahoo! DSL Support Plus". The "Plus" in a name usually signifies a fee based service; as in "Yahoo! Mail Plus", a $19.99 per year mail service for those who want more than "Yahoo! Mail" offers for free.

I am still trying to find out more about that service. I wouldn't pay that much just for a "service" upgrade, myself.
