<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1432585"><b>Technogeez</b></A> : I think I pointed out that on-line ordering wasn't perfect; neither were the first or second phone reps who were unable (or unwilling) to fulfill my order.  The ratings I gave, I think, matched the service I got.  Better than 50 but lower than 80...my only option was 60.  And it's too early to give 100 percent to anything else.  I was surprised to see my post relegated to the "mixed" category, but I didn't invent the rating system.  If you got the impression that I'm very happy with the install, but that the ordering process could use improvement, then I was successful.]]></description>
