Where's Mesa Networks of Colorado rank?

Mesa Networks is servicing about 40 towns in the Denver Colorado area.

Residential plans
Basic .5M / .2M $35/month USD
Standard 1.5M / .5M $44
Premium 2.5M / 1M $58

Not 5M / 5M for $29/month CAD .
But OneZone only has 6 square kilometers of service?

Article states that they just purchased the posts, and that the service is going commercial in March. I would imagine they would be rolling out more around then. The current network covers the very dense downtown area, which makes sense for a starting point.

Fiber is cheap and abundant in Canada, so I imagine backbone wise it won't be a problem unless they're trying to make too large of a profit. Will be interesting to see how it turns out. I would imagine a cap would be put in place, either invisible or published, or alternatively bit torrent will be traffic shaped.
