WOW Cable doesn't have annoying banners in their guide.

I called the Comcast in the Boston area to remove my banner ads and the tech support woman said that she didn't blame me that I wanted them removed. She said that she would have them removed for me. Two weeks later, I still had the banner ads. I called Comcast back and a different tech support guy said that the tech support woman was incorrect, and that they couldn't remove the banner ads. He said that they are in a trial period and they are collecting information and seeing how many people call in to complain. He said that he was surprised that not very many people have called in to complain. I tried very hard to reason with him, but he wouldn't budge and said he couldn't remove the banner ad. Verizon Fios is cheaper so I will be switching once it comes to my neighborhood.
