maybe not. I know the FCC overrules HOAs on the placement of sat dishes....I would think the same protections of communications would exist for this as well. Hell this would be even less visible as opposed to a sat dish. But I have heard horror stories about CA HOAs....apparently the most gestapo in the country. |
