Fiber is cheap and abundant in Canada, so I imagine backbone wise it won't be a problem unless they're trying to make too large of a profit. Will be interesting to see how it turns out. I would imagine a cap would be put in place, either invisible or published, or alternatively bit torrent will be traffic shaped. |
