I just ordered fios in my apartment in Irving, TX on 01-18-07. they came and left all kind of crap on the floor and wires hanging over my walls. they told me the complex is allowing them to do whatever they want but the result is but it looks like and ugly set up.
also it's still not installed. they came the following Saturday and still could not finish the install and now they have me in limbo for completion. i keep calling and calling only to be told their working on it.
I'd love to cut all these wires but afraid I'd get punished for it.
