Very sweet! You're in Canarsie? Any ideas about the rest of Brooklyn, specifically Marine Park, where I'm probably moving to.
Good luck with the tripple play! The prices are hard to beat but I don't mind the extra $10 for a '30/5' connection (even if it's only 25/3.8). I'm very happy with BOOST/OOL, and wasn't that happy with standard OOL due to unpredictable capping.
Do be careful with sustained uploads - and best throttle them down yourself to a low rage like 150kbps or 200kbps if you're going to go for a few hours.
Netlimiter is a good program to do this.
