There are more things that a customer is concerned about than just product features. People are also concerned about customer service, tech support, and product reliability. <br><br>What features does AT&T offer for there DSL not counting IPTV that the other providers don't? You need to stand out and offer features the other guys don't offer. These features have to be worthwhile to the customer or else the features will be useless. <br><br>As far as I can see, AT&T offers what everyone else offers. It is a good way to prevent people from switching. If you offer the same features at the same price as the others, why would the customer need to switch, with the exceptions I stated in the first paragraph. The only drawback is you won't be bringing in that many new customers. <br><br>It helps the current bottom line but you need new customers to increase the bottom line. Investors want to see a company increase customers cause that means they are making money. A stagnant customer base means no new money coming in. ]]></description>
