Gaming issues.....

So I just moved to my new college campus, and I find that the administrators block all ports for games. And recently, they blocked even console LAN gaming! So basically the only thing that I want to do is play counter-strike source and other games. What do I do to play this? Route the game through 1 port? Are there easy methods of doing this? BTW, there is no explicit statement that doing this is illegal in my rule book; I checked quite thoroughly. Right now, whenever I connect my game, it is extremely slow (ping varies from 400-800, I only get 1 or 2 servers) I think it's because they limit the bandwidth for those ports. What should I do?
