Follow up After searching and scanning and some thinking.....I had downloaded norton ghost trial and after a restart, sygate failed to run. I uninstalled ghost, now sygate works. Just a correlation, but thought I would throw it out there for you pro's.
As for the ivregmgr.exe I'm guessing Intervideo trial stuff? -- Thermaltake 2000a/Asus P4C-e/p4 3.4/ocz3500 2x512/WD.2x200g/raptor2x74 raid 0/ATI 9600/APC sua 1500/Logitech z-680/ Samsung 213t LCD/MX 1000 |

| DSL is down, so doing dialup w/o NAT. Sygate went off a few times yesterday for someone trying to access my APC UPS or manage my unit. Today, Sygate will not run.
Checking process, I see this one and I have searched and can not find out what it is. Any ideas?
