its the commercial where they have two goobers sitting next to one another and the sprint guy says yes to every city they mention access in and the cingular guy says no to every one.

I suspect Cingular will be issuing a statement to Sprint to either pull or edit the commercial to reflect the truth.
It would have happened already if it were false

Cortland, IL		 The commercial compares Cingular's HSPDA to Sprint's EVDO and the Cingular guy saying "no" is saying that they don't have HSPDA in that town...not that there's no coverage, but they don't have their high-speed broadband.

Tulsa, OK		 they have HSDPA in some of the towns mentioned. Towards the end they start blurting them out so fast it is hard to hear them, but they are there.
